ABOUT PROJECT: The hotel is located near Kvareli, Kakheti region of Georgia. The project is based on international Hotel Operator Wyndham Standards and requirements and will accommodate 50 guestrooms, conference space, a swimming pool, a wine cellar implemented in Kakhetian traditional style, and sports infrastructure. Hotel concept is designed as wine resort style hotel, located next to a wine factory, in the middle of Askaneli wine yards, with a spectacular view of the Caucasus Mountains. The unique Architectural design of the hotel is implemented in a triangular cube shape representing wine grapes.
