Job Title: MEP Systems Draftsman.

Job Summary:

The Company is seeking talented young engineering aspirant who want to grow their career in MEP drafting and who can work alongside a number of specialists at our company. The draftsman will form part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.

The employee will usually work at the office, but will at times need to fulfill travel requirements and work on-site. To be successful as a draftsman, you should stay up-to-date with new drafting software and advancements. An exceptional draftsman will demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and have sound knowledge of the discipline they draft for.

Qualification requirements:

** High education in architectural or Engineering science (Engineering will be an advantage);
** At least 2 years of work experience as a Draftsman;
** Basic knowledge of regulations, standards, and technological processes;
** Basic knowledge of MEP systems;
** Excellent knowledge of drafting programs (AutoCAD MEP & Revit to be an advantage);
** Knowledge of engineering calculations principles will be an advantage;
** Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Job Description:

** Prepare layouts, riser diagrams, and relevant MEP drawings;
** Prepare coordination layouts and conduct clash management;
** Prepare necessary details, sections & elevations;
** Maintain project drawings record Revisions;
** Prepare & Maintain database of CAD blocks & general layouts;
** Work on CAD drawings for MEP Systems & Schematics as per instruction from Project lead MEP Designer;
** Work on the Excel sheets and Word documents for preparing the schedules and quantities;
** Conduct quantity take-off from design drawings;
** Review design documentation and provide necessary comments & observations;
** Rarely conduct site visits and prepare as-built drawings;
** Support company project manager with site issues.
