On June 15, LSG Solutions, with the support of international partners, hosted a large-scale conference. The main goal of the meeting was to share international practices, discuss existing challenges, and outline plans to raise the construction standard in the Georgian market. The construction project management issues, competencies, and standard improvement were discussed within the event’s framework.
The managing partner of LSG Solutions, Soso Beridze, introduced the company’s field of activity and implemented essential projects to the audience, including Khobi HPP, Green Cape Botanico, Porsche, and other large-scale projects.
Teona Gogoladze, the chief architect of LSG Solutions, presented the international and, at the same time, “Design Standard” adapted to the Georgian reality created by the company, simplifying the construction process and allowing all involved parties to save time and resources.
In addition, during the event, the managing partner of LSG Solutions, Goga Gujejiani, spoke about modern approaches to construction management and the importance of the complete digitalization of processes. According to him, in this direction, LSG Solutions will cooperate with the American company Procore Technologies, the winner of the project management tools award. The mentioned company is the number one software platform provider for construction projects.
