ABOUT PROJECT: As a result of the reconstruction of the former sanatorium “Arazindo” built-in 1924 in Abastumani, Rooms Hotels will open a new hotel, Rooms Abastumani, that will be created according to the design and aesthetics characteristic of the brand. With the restoration and reconstruction works, the building will keep its historical appearance.

Abastumani resort stands out by its climatic conditions, thermal waters, and nature, which are beneficial for improving human health and a healthy lifestyle. Rooms Hotel Abastumani will have a high-class boutique style and at least 60 rooms.

“Rooms” total investment in Abastumani is 14.4 million dollars, of which the Adjara Group will invest 5.8 million dollars, and 8.6 million dollars will be invested by foreign direct investment by the United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).

Rooms Hotel Abastumani will be the fifth hotel in a row under the “Rooms” brand – after Kazbegi (2012), Tbilisi (2014), Kokhta (2019), and Batumi (2020).
