ABOUT PROJECT: Sakanela is a visionary mixed-use development that brings together premium living, modern workspaces, and vibrant commercial life — all in one place. The project seamlessly integrates luxury apartments, office spaces, retail units, and commercial areas, offering a contemporary urban experience enhanced by high-end amenities such as a fitness center, spa, and green spaces.
The concept and schematic architectural design were developed by the internationally renowned GRAFT LAB, a Berlin-based architectural studio known for their innovative and human-centered approach to design.
LSG proudly takes on the role of Architect of Record, leading the architectural detail design, structural design, MEP design, and GRP, ensuring the realization of this ambitious vision with precision and excellence.
