ABOUT PROJECT:

“Green Cape Botanic” is a joint project of “The Silk Road Group” and “Anagi.” The author of the architectural project is MUA Architecture & Placemaking, and LSG Solutions carried out the construction management.

“Green Cape Botanico” is spread over an area of 1.5 hectares. The complex consists of three independent blocks; Two 7-story residences and one health and relaxation building, with an outdoor pool, fitness room, and spa center. The complex includes 80 apartments and also a 1,650 m² indoor garage.

LSG Solutions has been involved in the “Green Cape Botanico” project since February 2023. It has taken over construction management, which includes effectively managing the construction planning and implementation process, as well as expected risks, deadlines, and quality control. The LSG Solutions team aims to effectively manage construction projects and improve the existing competence and standard in the Georgian market.
