Soso Beridze, Co-Founder and CEO of LSG Solutions, participated in the event as a speaker, joining the panel discussion titled:
“Branded Residences and Serviced Apartments: The Next Growth Engine in Hospitality Real Estate – From concept to delivery and long-term performance.”
The discussion focused on emerging trends in the development of branded residences and serviced apartments, their investment potential, and the importance of effective project management. Soso Beridze also spoke about how decisions made during the design and construction stages influence capital expenditure (CapEx), project timelines, and the long-term operational performance of the asset.
