BIM (Building Information Modeling) represents a system of organizational processes that enables better coordination and effective collaboration among all teams involved in a project. Through BIM, a building’s Digital Twin is created – a digital model where all information related to the building is consolidated within a single environment.
The BIM model is valuable not only during the design phase. It is also actively used in construction planning and during the operational stage, allowing construction processes, logistics, and project budgets to be planned with greater accuracy.
