Thoughtful infrastructure and green corridors further support a healthy, pedestrian-friendly environment that positions Tbilisi Waterfront as a new benchmark for mixed-use developments in the region. 

LSG’s role as Executive Architect and Architect of Record includes development of architectural, structural, Façade and MEP design documentation, QA / QC and  Design Management including coordination of all engineering disciplines and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, and supporting the project from concept design through Tender package / IFC delivery, helping shape Tbilisi Waterfront’s architectural identity and buildability.
