About Project: 
Set within the breathtaking natural landscape of Gabala, the Aquapark Hotel embodies a dialogue between architecture and nature. Developed in partnership with HEERIM Architects, one of the world’s leading architectural firms, the project draws inspiration from Gabala’s abundant natural references — weaving the building’s structure and interiors seamlessly into the surrounding environment. 

The 4-star Aquapark Hotel features entertainment and wellness zones, including a restaurant with a panoramic terrace, gym, treatment and changing rooms, entertainment and shopping areas, and an outdoor bar — creating a complete leisure experience for guests. 

LSG Solutions leads the entire design process, covering architecture, structure, MEP engineering, façade, lighting, and landscape design, ensuring every discipline contributes to a coherent and functional outcome. Executed entirely in BIM, the project benefits from precise coordination and efficient information management. Through a meticulous Value Engineering process, LSG refined the British-conceived concept into a cost-effective, buildable, and high-quality solution, without compromising design integrity or aesthetic vision.
