ABOUT PROJECT:  

The project covers almost 100 000 m² land plot and envisions the development of a multifunctional logistics center designed to optimize warehousing and transport operations. The complex includes a 45 200 m² warehouse, a 2000 m² administrative building with offices and staff facilities, and several auxiliary structures such as checkpoints, a car wash, a destruction warehouse, and a waste processing facility. Transport parking areas are designed in accordance with international standards and the client’s specific logistics requirements. 

LSG team is responsible for project management, which includes design management, as well as tender and construction management. Together with the client, the team is involved in all processes necessary to deliver a functionally efficient and well-coordinated building project.
