As Delivery Partner, LSG takes full responsibility for project delivery together with the client, managing every stage from concept to final completion. This includes preparation of permitting documentation, approval process management, and coordination of an experienced team of architects to ensure quality and compliance.
The project area is 100,000 m², including a 45,169 m² recreational zone with 4 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, a kindergarten, 1,500 outdoor and indoor parking spaces, bicycle and running tracks, and indoor and outdoor fitness areas.
