ABOUT PROJECT: LSG Solutions is performing lender supervision on the transformation of the former radio factory in Gldani-Mukhiani into “Radio City,” a new hub for Tbilisi’s creative industries. This project focuses on creating extensive co-working spaces and offices. LSG Solutions is the trusted financial integrity and stability guardian for TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia. Through supervision and innovative strategies, we ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Radio City, a brownfield project inspired by the former radio factory, spans a total land area of 118,000 m². The complex includes one administrative and two industrial buildings, primarily focusing on repurposing all three buildings. The Administrative building, covering roughly 12,000 m², is a key component of the project’s first phase.

Adjara Collective, known for transforming abandoned buildings into multifunctional spaces, is leading the project. The company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation drives projects that usually involve repurposing existing structures.
