ABOUT PROJECT: The renovation of the first largest complex of international standards – Tbilisi Mall – begins. The entire project management will be led by the design and management company LSG Solutions, and the construction works will be carried out by the construction company Metta. As part of the renovation, the public spaces of the shopping center will be renewed, which will cover four floors in total. The lighting system and interior will be improved. All international safety standards will be observed during the renovation process, allowing “Tbilisi Mall” to function flawlessly and receive visitors without interruption.

Tbilisi Mall is fully managed by Rakeen Uptown Development, owned by Al Hamra, one of the largest investment and real estate development groups in the United Arab Emirates. Al Hamra has a diverse portfolio in residential, commercial, and tourism.

“Tbilisi Mall” is located on four floors and includes over 250 shops and a hypermarket on 15,000 m². On the upper floors of “Tbilisi Mall,” there is a multi-screen cinema and catering facilities. There is a free parking lot with 2,000 spaces on four floors of the shopping center underground.

The renovation is planned to complete the project as effectively and qualitatively as possible. The main work will be carried out at night. All international safety standards will be followed during the renovation process, allowing “Tbilisi Mall” to function flawlessly and receive visitors without interruption.
