About Project: 

Gonio Yachts & Marina is an ambitious, world-class waterfront destination located on the Black Sea coast near Batumi, developed by Eagle Hills as part of Georgia’s transformative portfolio of mixed-use masterplans. The project brings together luxury coastal living, premier marina facilities, hospitality, retail, and vibrant public spaces in a seamlessly integrated environment that celebrates seaside culture and lifestyle.  

The masterplan is designed to offer a dynamic blend of experiences — from premium residential communities and branded hotels to yacht club amenities, waterfront promenades, leisure venues, and landscaped public areas. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Black Sea shoreline, the project emphasizes pedestrian connectivity, scenic viewpoints, and thoughtfully planned open spaces that enhance quality of life and destination appeal.  

LSG is responsible for the development of structural, façade, and MEP design, as well as QA/QC and overall Design Management. This includes coordination of all engineering disciplines, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, and supporting the project from concept design through Tender package and IFC delivery. Through these responsibilities, LSG contributes to shaping the architectural identity, technical integrity, and buildability of the development.
