About Project 
Silk Towers is a mixed-use development located in a prime area of Batumi. Designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates in collaboration with Silk Development, it introduces a new landmark combining residential, hospitality, entertainment, and leisure functions. The project includes Batumi’s largest luxury casino, a 20,000 m² public park designed by Masu Planning, and a private marina. 

The development follows a sustainability-driven approach, incorporating green façade elements and eco-friendly materials to integrate architecture with nature and enhance urban quality. 

LSG acts as Local Architect (Architect of Record) and Lead Engineer for Silk Towers Tower 4 and is responsible for schematic and detailed design development across all disciplines, including Architecture, Structure, MEP, Interior, and Landscape design. The work is fully coordinated in BIM to ensure design integration, technical accuracy, and compliance with local regulations.
